Katie Adair

As a young girl, Katie loved styling her dolls hair and always thought about a hair styling career, but feeling she should seek a traditional college experience, Katie graduated from UT Austin with a Public Relations degree.

After graduation, Katie’s desire for exploring international travel led her to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Loving the country she stayed for 2 years exploring all aspects of the country and was exposed to high end trendy European fashion design and hair styling. This again ignited her desire to pursue hair styling as her ultimate career.

With her personal creative energy and courage to make a career change, Katie entered the Aveda Institute in Dallas and then apprenticed for the Johnny Rodriquez Salon in Dallas, specializing in color.

Katie has found her true passion in the beauty industry. Her smile and outgoing personality creates an immediate connection to her clients. She loves to add layers and texture to her cuts to add movement throughout the hair and creating custom colors for her clients by balayaging, foiling and hand painting.

In her spare time, Katie loves taking weekend trips, seeing new places of interest and shopping unique boutiques.
