Carrie has traveled the globe to constantly stay at the leading edge of the hair industry in order to provide the highest level of services. Her travels have taken her to numerous tradeshows and hands-on classes including Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and Dallas. She has also attended international training in Italy and Brazil through Wella.

Carrie's work has been seen on television, as a colorist on FOX's Ambush Makeover. Her work and achievements have been recognized by Modern Salon Magazine, a national salon publication. In 2004, Carrie entered a hairdressing competition, Wella Trend Vision. She qualified for the regional finals and took first place in the Southwestern division. She was awarded travel to New York City for the National competition where she competed against 6 other regional finalists chosen throughout the United States. Her creativity is best shown off in her Avant-Garde hairstyles, which she loves to create for photos and fashion shows.
